

Potatos cold and dressed with sause
Usually potatos have high starch content, easy make you fat. But here I will teach you a Chinese gastronomy to cook potatos.
This is health way to eat potatos without starch, without deep fry and hot oil heat up, so even for raw food people is good way to use.
For 2 person, you need:
1 large size potato
1 tea spoon salt (sea salt, herb salt..whatever)
3 table spoon sesame oil or other olive oil Some green onion (Gräslök)
Some red pepper and green pepper (omissible, just for decoration)
Chilli powder (omissible, if you don’t like hot taste) ½ tea spoon buljong (omissible) First show our potatos! Oh..I saw a green one ..^_*

Now come recipe
Step 1: Cutting potatos into threads
Step 2: Put shredded potatos in the colander rinse with your hands, until see the water no white foams, I cant take photo when I washing it:(
Step 3: Immerse washed shredded potatos in salt water for 10-15 minutes, water just cover potatos and salt about 1 table spoon. This is very important! the salt water can dissolves potato starch make the mouthfeel crisp and fresh!

Step 4: Take a big pan heat up some water, until water boil Pour shredded potatos on boiling water for 1.5 – 2 minutes, don’t cook long time, otherwise become too soft taste not good. As long as see them start become transparent have to fish out immediately and cold down with cold water.
Step 5: Ready shredded potatos mix with salt, oil, chill powder, buljong, then piled up on a beautiful plate. End Sprinkle some minced green onion and pepper, then finished.
