

Zucchini cream soup
Now it’s season for a bumper harvest in our garden.
These days we got 3 boxes of beautiful golden zucchini. I use them cooked different food,but mostly tasty is the raw squash soup.
Here my recipe:
1 golden zucchini, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white miso
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 avocado
1/4 cup basil
1/2 cup dill
1. Blender all except the olive oil and dill, until smooth.
2. Add oil blend until smooth.
3. Add dill and blend briefly just to mix.
