

Zucchini pancake
Contents:
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
Some flour
Some coconut fat
1. Combine the egg
2. Slice the zucchini about 1 cm thick, mix with salt
3. Each piece of zucchini flour it first, then wrap it with the egg liquid. Fry zucchini piece in the pan with coconut fat until become golden color.
OBS! Flour and egg the zucchini piece by piece, don’t do all in the same time.
Sauce:
½ cup tamari
½ water
1 tablespoon coconut fat
1 teaspoon white win
½ teaspoon crushed garlic (1 clove)
Little leeks
Little ginger
Litte sesame seeds
If you like hot taste can add little bit chilli.
Warm up coconut fat. Stir frying crushed garlic, ginger, leeks, chilli and sesame seeds, until smell delicious, then boiling with tamari, win and water until boil up.
